Service guy was rude!!!!! Refused to rotate my tires as promised by the company and suggested that I should have Dodge to rotate them for me because he didn't have time I explained this unsatisfactory service with customer service and because they all work together I only received a apology 😟 I'll never purchase a vehicle from this company again .......

The employees at the dealership were nice. Just a suggestion the beverage/snack options are very high in cost. I have been to other dealerships and the cost of most items were less than half of what your vending is charging for them. Also I was provided a detailed video of my car as it was being worked on by the mechanic as it was up on the lift in the service Bay Area. The mechanic provided me detailed information about every aspect of the car’s undercarriage as he described my car while being shown in a really nice video. It was incredibly informative to see my car while it was being worked on. For me it added more trust.

I don't know if the service was done timely because I don't know how long it should take to replace tire pressure sensors. Customers should know, however, that Spitzer charges a fee for using a credit card. So bring your debit card, a check or cash.

Horrible customer service. No appreciation for customers. Poor attitude from service manager. Does not want to be bothered with customers issues. Phone system does not accept voicemail and messages when taken do not get delivered or employees do not seem to return calls.

BOUGHT THE ENVISTA...LOVE THE CAR, THE EXPERIENCE HAS RUINED THE CAR ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE WARRANTY WHICH I CANCELLED TWO HOURS AND IT IS STILL ON MY LOAN ALREADY MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT 17 DAYS LATER 3500 IS STILL ON THERE...DON'T TELL ME IT TAKES 35 DAYS FOR SOMETHING TO BE TAKEN OFF OF YOUR LOAN ...I KNOW THIS IS MY FAULT FOR SAYING YES BUT THE LOAN OFFICER DOESN'T EVEN GO OVER ANYTHING BEFORE THEY DO THE EXTENDED WARRANTY SELL..I NEW CAR IS STILL IN MY GARAGE NOT EVEN BEING DRIVEN BECAUSE THIS HAS TAKEN ALL THE JOY OUT OF IT......THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO WORK FOR THE SELL OF THE NEW CAR,
