Service guy was rude!!!!! Refused to rotate my tires as promised by the company and suggested that I should have Dodge to rotate them for me because he didn't have time I explained this unsatisfactory service with customer service and because they all work together I only received a apology 😟 I'll never purchase a vehicle from this company again .......

The employees at the dealership were nice. Just a suggestion the beverage/snack options are very high in cost. I have been to other dealerships and the cost of most items were less than half of what your vending is charging for them. Also I was provided a detailed video of my car as it was being worked on by the mechanic as it was up on the lift in the service Bay Area. The mechanic provided me detailed information about every aspect of the car’s undercarriage as he described my car while being shown in a really nice video. It was incredibly informative to see my car while it was being worked on. For me it added more trust.
